Danny Slade C., Kansas City-based entertainer with some samples of the street side of his overall performing mostly in the mid-west, USA On this excerpt (posted for entertainment purposes), then-partner, Beverly M., sings some harmony.The camera was there for mostly capturing audio, was set on the wobbly tri-pod as high as it would expand up, especially wtihin the confines of the cramped space available, on the walkway, and then left alone - to capture whatever it would, without hassling with it to the point of greatly lessening prime tip-making time for that day. Danny C. has a popular street show, and performs occasionally at parties; public houses; coffee houses and other venues and events. He has currently cut down on his frequency of performing time, due to a wrist ailment, but still braves it on a semi-regular basis. Danny's sometimes- serious-musician..sometimes-comic style has become a trademark. He is known for adapting songs to feature bass string self-accompaniment on guitar. Also known for a wide repertoire on guitar, key boards, mandolin, banjo and harmonica which he plays through a portable-yet-well-audible public address system on street performances as well as other gigs. His street show, which he developed alongside stints in comedy gigs and as a member of several minimalist combos and a couple of bands, was instrumental in improving the public's perception of street playing as a formidable entertainment source in the region.
